Abstract

This study aims to explore the convergences between the Scrum method and knowledge management strategies in the software industry, seeking to establish synergy to facilitate the flow of knowledge among development team members and enhance process efficiency and effectiveness through a knowledge cycle. To achieve this, a bibliographic survey with an exploratory approach from various sources was used. As a result, it was possible to create a proposal for APO practices and tools for knowledge management for each Scrum ceremony. The adoption of APO tools aligned with Scrum offers substantial advantages by optimizing the creation and application of knowledge, reinforcing knowledge management at each stage of the process.
