Abstract

As a way to contribute to the development of organizational resilience, knowledge can be understood as a strategic resource for solving problems and unforeseen situations in constant changes and high competitiveness. In this context, this applied research aims to map critical knowledge to organizational resilience capabilities. It uses a qualitative approach through the research procedures of Design Science Research. The knowledge mapped in each resilience capacity was analyzed in five categories: (i) technicians, (ii) related to product development, (iii) readiness of response, (iv) detection of errors and weaknesses, and GC. This categorization contributes to the common aspects that involve knowledge critical to resilience and KM.
