Abstract

This article is the result of a qualitative research based on the systematization of experiences, realized between years 2020 and 2021 in an important organization of the food sector in Latin America.  This focuses on analyzing the contribution of the Turn of Practice to explore "knowing" in two intrapreneurships of Grupo Nutresa.

In this context, the dynamics of knowing as practice was analyzed like a position that highlights the essential role of knowledge as a human act that allows doing and achieving objectives within an organizational environment (Orlikowski, 2002); and also the role of leadership in the intrapreneurships. From the qualitative approach and using the systematization of experiences with the Storytelling technique, it was shown that intrapreneurships are teams that work as open systems with leadership as the articulating axis of elements such as expert knowledge, materiality and shared identity.
