Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between the dimensions of the innovation radar and the productivity of small and medium enterprises, participating in the Brasil Mais Program for the 2021-2022 biennium. Based on a descriptive approach and field research carried out by the Local Innovation Agents, a quantitative analysis was carried out through the report obtained with the results of the innovation radar instrument and Sebrae's Productivity Indicator (2020), in 181 companies graduates of Cycles 1 and 2 of the Program, in the initial measurement (T0) and 165 in the final measurement (Tf), with the study database being of the secondary order. As the main results, a moderate correlation was identified between non-financial measures (innovation radar) and a weak correlation in the evaluation of the impact of innovation on productivity, which expresses some gaps in the measurement of innovation in SMEs.
