Abstract

As inovações tecnológicas têm assumido um papel cada vez mais relevante nas organizações prestadoras de serviço. Ao passo que a empresa leva um novo sistema para seu cliente é de suma importância que o grau de aderência dessa nova tecnologia seja alto. Neste contexto, o estudo da mensuração do sucesso de adoção de produtos baseados em tecnologia torna-se relevante. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo mensurar e comparar a influência do tipo de inovação no sucesso de utilização de dois sistemas para gestão de frotas através da Teoria Unificada de Aceitação e Uso da Tecnologia (UTAUT). Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica a respeito das temáticas inovação, adoção e de difusão de sistemas e, em particular, o modelo UTAUT.

DECLARATION OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF PATRIMONIAL RIGHTS ON ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE CIKI PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION

The AUTHOR, according to the law n. 9.610 of February 19th, 1998, hereby declares to whomsoever may concern, that it assigns and transfers, in a universal, definitive, irreversible, exclusive and gratuitous manner, all of its author's economic rights on the article submitted to the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciki.

The AUTHOR guarantees:

  1. That the article is original, except for the citations of other published works, provided that the limitations expressed in articles 46 and 47 of Law 9.610 of February 19, 1998 are observed;
