SOCIOECONOMIC FACTORS OF THE PROFILE OF THE BRAZILIAN ENTREPRENEUR
Abstract
With an important contribution in the social and economic development of the country, entrepreneurship proposes an alternative to people who seek space in the labor market, acting, by necessity or opportunity. In order to present the profile of the Brazilian entrepreneur, sociodemographic data from the GEM 2016 research were analyzed. Through a bibliographical, qualitative and exploratory research, it was possible to identify innumerable aspects that configure the current profile of the national entrepreneur. This article, therefore, sought to identify factors to be developed by the public policies existing in Brazil for the growth and establishment of such enterprises, strengthening the entrepreneurial activity in the country, allowing its better understanding. Still in time we sought to reflect on characteristics of our entrepreneurs that could be improved for a better structuring when the beginning of the activities, as well as during the whole maturation cycle.

The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
