Abstract

Knowledge Management has become essential in entrepreneurial environments. As a training tool, the Programa Bom Negócio Paraná is a course offered to entrepreneurs for institutionalizing managerial knowledge. Considering the Programa Bom Negócio Paraná course as a media fulfilled by knowledge units, this work aims to verify how the participants recognize the sharing of knowledge. In this sense, a qualitative research was conducted using semi-structured interviews. As a result, it is concluded that the used knowledge units (e-books, practical examples, videos, presentations, dynamics and group activities) are important mediation elements, which facilitate the internalization of knowledge by the course participants.
