Abstract

Digital Social Innovation (DSI) is the use of digital technologies to transform, enable or support innovative solutions that aim to meet social needs or demands. There are several studies that report the development of social innovation solutions with the use of digital technologies. It is then necessary to identify the drivers that are considered in DSI projects that guide the development and lead to success this type of initiative. In this way, this paper presents the activities carried out for a systematic literature mapping whose result was the survey of a set of drivers for DSI projects.

Gabriela Carvalho Ribeiro, Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambucano

Mestranda em Informática aplicada pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE). Graduada em Licenciatura em Computação no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Sertão Pernambucano; ex-bolsista de Iniciação Científica pelo Instituto Federal do Sertão Pernambucano. Atuou também como bolsista do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência da Capes. Tem interesse pelas áreas de recursos tecnológicos na Educação Inclusiva, Tecnologia Assistiva, Informática na Educação, Games na Educação, além da área de Engenharia de Software.

Professor Associado do Departamento de Computação (DC) da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE). Professor Permanente do Programa de Pós-graduação em Informática Aplicada (PPGIA) da UFRPE. Mestre (2002) e Doutor (2008) em Ciência da Computação pelo Centro de Informática (CIn) da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). Diretor de TI da UFRPE entre Junho/2012 a Dezembro/2017. Atua nas seguintes áreas: Inovação Social Digital, Inovação em Educação, Governança Digital, Gestão do Conhecimento e Gestão de Produtos de Software.

DECLARATION OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF PATRIMONIAL RIGHTS ON ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE CIKI PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION

The AUTHOR, according to the law n. 9.610 of February 19th, 1998, hereby declares to whomsoever may concern, that it assigns and transfers, in a universal, definitive, irreversible, exclusive and gratuitous manner, all of its author's economic rights on the article submitted to the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciki.
