Resumen

The objective of the study was to systematize a model of care for the sustainable development of rural communities in Peru based on approaches to knowledge of socio-cultural determinations associated with development manifested by families and social actors of rural communities in the geopolitical regions of Peru. The research was qualitative dialectical, with an exploratory and multicenter approach. For this, 99 families were surveyed and 32 social actors were interviewed in depth to decipher aspects that served for the construction of the Rainbow Model, based on the approaches of capacities, sustainable human development, gender, human rights and interculturality and consists of 4 transversal axes : capacity for identity, capacity for social responsibility, capacity for participation and citizenship and research capacity.
